GHYC House Rules
In the past several months the Board of Directors addressed several concerning interactions between GHYC staff (club manager, bartenders, sailing instructors, landscapers etc.) and GHYC members. Since expected members’ behavior and conduct were not addressed in the Bylaws or The Club House Rules, the Board felt it important to clearly state the rules for interactions with GHYC staff. It has been added to the Club House Rules on our web site.
Club House Rules 1.k.
No reprimand shall be given to employees by any member of the club or guest. Complaints or problems or any nature shall be immediately reported to the Club Manager, the Commodore or Vice Commodore. Inappropriate behavior toward club staff will not be tolerated.
